This is your last weekend to come try a bacon rib! They'll be rotating out of our special lineup!

We do have meatballs and tri-tip again today and have a good amount of smoked buffalo wings!

No beef ribs currently due to how much cost have risen on beef. Looking for other options so hopefully back in a few weeks.

Heading into dinner tonight (Friday 9/25) we have a full menu to start out with! Low on turkey and chicken but we have good amount of everything else!

Come by to get dinner before seeing a show The Ritz Theatre or grab a family pack on the way to Friday night games!

SHEFFIELD, AL - Smoked brisket meatballs TODAY ONLY at Russell Barbecue!

Josh Russell is always getting creative with the brisket trim. Instead of letting it go to waste, they grind it in house and turn it into a weekend or monthly special. This weekend, he was feeling meatballs, so he mixed it with Italian seasonings and plenty of Parmesan, then smoked them before finishing in marinara and topping them with fresh shredded provolone.

Get them on a sandwich or over a Mac bowl.

We were wiped out of chicken this weekend but we did hold back extra brisket and pork! If you haven't been able to get brisket later on Sundays, you likely will be able to today!

We have another batch of meatballs, a few pounds of tri tip, and rib snack plates as our specials today!

As always, free mac and cheese for kids on Sundays!

Open 10:30-2:00 unless sold out earlier!

We still have brisket, wings, meatballs, bacon ribs, and pork belly burnt ends!

Turkey, spare ribs, pulled pork, and chicken sold out.

Definitely one of the best ideas I've had! Fresh ground brisket meatballs with our own blend of seasonings and house made marinara! Get them before they sell out!
