Still time to start your day right! Grab a drink and move your body! Located right next door to Parlor in Sheffield!

What if your Saturday morning started with a class you looked forward to every week?

You get dressed, head to Divine Flux, put your phone down for an hour, and let yourself get lost in the movement for a while. The music is on, your body is moving, and your attention has somewhere to go besides the errands, texts, chores, and plans waiting for you outside the studio.

Move & Sculpt gives you enough time to really get into the practice without feeling like you’re racing the clock. You’ll find some moments that challenge you, some that feel really damn good, and a little space at the end to breathe, settle, and let your nervous system come back down.

Then you walk next door to The Parlor for coffee.

Class, coffee, maybe a little lingering before the rest of your Saturday begins.

It could become one of those small things you start looking forward to all week. 🫶🏼

There is still time!!! Come grab a drink and then grab a spot in the class next door tonight. You won’t regret it!

You can tell yourself you’ll find time later.

After the kids are settled. After work. After the house is picked up. After the thing you’ve been putting off is finally done.

Sometimes later never really comes.

Move in 30: Sculpt is for the morning when you have thirty minutes and you want to use them well. You can come in, move your body, wake things up, and head into the rest of your day without needing to carve out a huge chunk of time for yourself.

Then there’s Move Strong in the evening, when you’re ready to give yourself a little more room.

Strength can change the way you experience your body. You notice yourself carrying things with more ease. You feel steadier on your feet. You trust your body a little more when you ask it to do something challenging. You start noticing the ways strength shows up far beyond the hour you spend exercising.

Move Strong gives you a place to build that relationship with your body through resistance, control, and progressive challenge, with room for different bodies and different starting points.

Maybe the thing you’ve been looking for isn’t more motivation.

Maybe you just need a place where taking care of yourself has a place on the calendar, too. 🫶🏼
