Harvest Street is a food truck serving Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties. We attend community events and also offer catering, business lunches, and private party and business function rentals. We specialize in New American cuisine using worldly flavors with an emphasis on local sourcing. Our purpose is to stimulate and elevate social togetherness by providing creative, memorable, and unique good food experiences.

We're adding some specials for Tributary Beer Garden tomorrow Friday June 5th for the grand opening celebration! We're bringing back our Pork Belly Tacos and adding the Garden Melt from our pop up last week! You can make the Garden Melt a combo with either fries or our cherry quinoa salad (doesn't get much fresher than that!)

Serving from 430sh-9 pm!

Specials are limited! Congrats to the Tributary Team!!

Wow, things are coming along! Our washable walls are about 80% done and we got our steel support beam boxed out to prevent dust collection.

Our mop sink, dishwasher, compartment sink, ice machine, handwashing and utility sinks, and our water heater got installed too which is giving me a dose of reality that we are close! .

Our trailer was at 2 busy events today so walking in to the garage tonight with this type of progress tonight was pretty energizing!

Soon our electricians will start wiring and install lighting.

We just got back from our 22 hour vacation 🤪 and decided to stop by the nice folks at Hyline Orchard Farm Market Inc. to stock up on some delicious tart cherries 🍒. If you're ever in the Fish Creek area you should definitely stop by and check out their market!

My kids will be delighted as we grabbed them their favorite apple chips and maple syrup.

No matter what we have going on in life, I'm always on the hunt for high quality ingredients for our menu.

More action at the garage! Fortress Floors worked us into their schedule this week and resurfaced our prep space, ware washing area, and utility closet and it looks fantastic 👏

Tomorrow they'll put a sealant on it and it will be all ready to rock!

I definitely recommend their services.
