Harvest Street is a food truck serving Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties. We attend community events and also offer catering, business lunches, and private party and business function rentals. We specialize in New American cuisine using worldly flavors with an emphasis on local sourcing. Our purpose is to stimulate and elevate social togetherness by providing creative, memorable, and unique good food experiences.

Our first dinner was a success! Thank you so much to Restoration Orchards & Market for hosting and providing a lot of amazing produce used on the menu.

Big shout out to Jim Chapman for rocking it in the kitchen with me, my mom Kristi Luecke for making the table runners, and setting up an absolutely beautiful dinner table 😍 Trish Reiss took the most amazing photos 📸. Linda Kath and my wife Jenny Luecke did an amazing job with service! Its not easy to do a dinner like this with no experience, but they handled it great!

We got some absolutely beautiful flower bouquets from Airy Point Farms.

Be on the lookout for more of these dinners and more locations in 2027!

We got our equipment out of crates and off pallets today! Our hood, motor, exhaust, and make up air units are installed and waiting to be calibrated once our hood info is reviewed by the city. We got approved by the state already.

This coming week we'll get all the equipment hooked up to the gas line.

We also got our dishwasher and tilt braiser in place and water hooked up!

Won't be long!!!!

It is indeed Apple Butter Grilled Cheese season 🍎🧀🍞🥓🐷

We're busy making our first batch of apple butter of the season, a whopping 20 lbs 😋 👌 🙌

Our Apple Butter Grilled Cheese features Texas toast style white pullman bread from Johnston's Bakery, butter from Pine River Dairy, fresh local thyme (usually from my own garden), sautéed honeycrisp slices from Heritage Orchard, our house made apple butter with Wisconsin maple syrup, Wisconsin smoked gouda and white cheddar blend, and the optional (but highly recommended) Applewood smoked bacon. It comes with a side of crispy crinkle cut fries.

It's tough to see and not be able to eat it,
but we'll be out next week open to the public. Our schedule drops this Sunday for next week.

Awesome progress on the exterior this week! Everything has 2 coats of new paint besides the east wall where we are fixing a spot that deteriorated. Both exterior doors are finished.

Next up we are going to take the garage door trim off and touch up some of the old blue showing through and get ready to paint the garage doors!

We don't have a public schedule this week. We did a private event tonight and we have one on Saturday. But other than that we're painting the exterior of our building and getting the odds and ends chores done to get ready for our occupancy inspection.

New roof got put on last week before we went to the Dells! And i finally started painting the exterior! There's a lot of rigid grain in the siding so im hand brushing all the grooves and trim. We also got our exterior lighting ordered and will be here soon.

BIGGER NEWS: We managed to track down a structural engineer last week and got the rest of our hood vent info submitted to the state today. After we get our approval, we are going to finish up pretty quickly!
