If you plan to apply for either waitstaff, bartender, or management, please know a Liquor License and Liquor Training are required by the Oklahoma ABLE Commission, and thus will be a requirement for any of these positions.
**While we have yet to obtain our official Liquor License for the restaurant and will more than likely open without selling liquor, as soon as it is sent to us, we will begin selling liquor immediately, which is why we want our staff to be ready.
We will review all applications carefully and thoroughly, and reach out to candidates for interviews which will be held at the restaurant.
Shawnee, thank you guys for your abundance of patience throughout this process. We know it’s been lengthy and apologize for that. We assure you we have been doing all we can to get open as quickly as possible. We have been working hard behind the scenes and cannot wait to show you how much love we have poured into this location. Local means a lot, and we feel the weight of upholding the love you have given Chelino’s for 37 years.
We hope to bring a place that feels warm and inviting; A place that feels like home/ “Casita”.
Having said that, we are ready to find our team!

**Aún no hemos obtenido nuestra licencia oficial de venta de bebidas alcohólicas para el restaurante y lo más probable es que abramos sin vender alcohol, pero tan pronto como nos la envíen, comenzaremos a venderlo.inmediatamente. Por eso queremos que nuestro personal esté preparado.
Revisaremos todas las solicitudes con detenimiento y minuciosidad, y nos pondremos en contacto con los candidatos para realizar entrevistas que tendrán lugar en el restaurante.
