This weekend's brunch plans are in Shawnee! ☀️

Longtime Shawnee residents Matt and Heather turned a dream into reality when they took over Eggtc. at 7182 Renner Rd and rebranded it as Rize N Shine. After multiple decades in the food and beverage industry, the McQueenys finally got their shot at ownership in 2024.

They kept many of the favorite menu items, and added some new touches of their own, including "French Toast for the King," two slices of bread with peanut butter and banana stuffing. Open every day from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Rize N Shine serves up breakfast, brunch, and lunch with the kind of familiar, friendly service that keeps customers coming back daily.
