We are going to do tomorrow's special a little differently. There will be a choice of protein: half chicken, house made smoked sausage, or smoked, all beef meatloaf; and each protein choice will be served with loaded mashed potatoes, green beans, and apple sauce. We have chopped brisket, smoked pork chops, sweet potato casserole, mac and cheese, cucumber salad, vanilla soft serve ice cream, and cherry cobbler.

We are back tomorrow with baby back ribs, pulled pork, pit beans, cheesy hash brown casserole, and coleslaw. For dessert , we will have chocolate soft serve ice cream, brownies, and chocolate chip bars. We hope that you are safe and recovering from this terrible weather we have had. We are going to be open from 8-1:30 on Saturday to serve breakfast and lunch. We will have homemade sausage gravy and biscuits, hash, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, chopped brisket, mac and cheese, and coleslaw.

Thanks for another great Saturday, we are closed for the evening.

We have a family wedding to attend next weekend so we will be closing at 2 on August 1st. I am considering opening for breakfast next Saturday since we won't be open for dinner. I have some homemade sausage that I can make sausage gravy with. Along with homemade biscuits, brisket hash, and eggs. We could also do breakfast sandwiches. What do you think, should we give breakfast a shot?

We have brownies today to go with our ice cream. Brownie sundaes are $4. The pulled pork, chicken halves, sweet potato casserole, scalloped corn, and pasta salad all look great. We will be ready to serve lunch by 11. Call ahead to get yours, 740-394-1260.
