One guest recently told us our Pasta Alla Norcina was absolutely delicious and reminded her of growing up, when her grandma called orecchiette pasta "little hats."

Made with orecchiette, Italian sausage, mushrooms, garlic, sage, white wine cream sauce, and pecorino cheese, it's the kind of comfort food that feels both familiar and unforgettable.
