This is it. Our last two nights. Wednesgiving will be an intimate evening….a long cocktail hour. Thursday is for turkey and Friday is for drinks and dancing. Wear your best alfit (ask Brian why it’s spelt that way) and be sure to bring your dancing shoes.

We are dwindling down to our last two weekends at The Edward and many of you have asked what we’re doing ....Well, here’s what we have on the schedule. 3

Thursday Night (Tonight)-we will be closed in order to take part in Le Gamin’s Tour de France 1. Follow for info.

The rest of our regular nights will be with a limited menu. (No sense replenishing inventory!)

Friday Night-This will be ‘s last (regular) night and we will be popping by to do our Elaine bit until about 7.

Saturday Night- is in Spain! So Brian and Janay will be manning the helm. We hope to see you after what promises to be an interesting talk .Just round the corner from us!

Sunday-is a reprise of our popular Cuban Cuisine night. DM us to reserve a seat and let us know if you need a veggie dish.

Monday and Tuesday the 25th and 26th...free beer or glass of white wine to anyone who can help us move our table and chairs down to our basement.

Wednesday the 27th-WEDNESGIVING! The night before Thanksgiving which is always a fun time. Bring your donations for the Food Pantry

Thanksgiving Thursday...CLOSED

Friday the 29th. OUR LAST AND FINAL NIGHT. WE HAVE HIRED A DJ (Ethical Drift from our Pride Parties!) AND HOPE TO DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY. STAY TUNED FOR UPDATES ON THIS NIGHT.

We want to thank all of you for your support and kind words as we have been winding down. It means the world to us.

When we opened our doors, we never knew that we were creating something more meaningful than just a neighborhood wine bar. We started with only four walls, (most of which were painted rose pink!) and attempted to create a small ‘boîte’.....a gathering place where we could entertain and possibly meet new people in our weekend town.

We never imagined that we would make such a wonderful and eclectic group of friends. Each one of you walked through our doors and became part of our family. We learned a lot about how each of you contribute to our story and we are filled with joy that we were the people who helped foster our little clique (the cool, inclusive kind…not the Mean Girls kind).

Now the time has come to close our doors; a decision we don’t take lightly. We have decided to pursue various couple goals that we set for ourselves way back before we began this venture.

Our last day will be November 30th, so we’ll have plenty of time for goodbyes. And we’re staying right here in the area for the time being, so we hope our friendship will continue.

Please stay tuned, on Instagram and email, for the fun nights that we have planned to make saying goodbye a little easier.

It’s our third annual celebration of people we love who were born on October 28th (a few years apart…ahem)

This year we do a happy hour celebration starting at 4pm on SUNDAY THE 27th. The kid in the sweater hits a milestone this year so be sure not to miss!
