Slay's Way BBQ "Slay"s Way BBQ" located is Seymour, CT designs and fabricates reverse flow smokers for food smoking The trailer models come standard with an open storage bin.

Slays Way BBQ smokers are made from 1/4 steel plate and are available in both trailer and patio models. The basic smoker can be sold as a reverse flow or an offset flow. The smoker options include a 2nd rack for additional cooking area, main cooking area charcoal trays for direct heat type grilling, Sausage hanging rods, 1/4 inch steel warming plate located above the fire box for warming your side

dishes, enclosed vertical warming box with multiple shelves for warming ribs, ect. Other trailer options include a propane burner for deep frying or boiling, A propane grill, leveling jacks, Dry storage trailer tongue box. Please call for more information

24x36 smoker hard at work at the ridgefield gone country bbq competition with jr BIG&LIttle bbq competition team.they fired up the smoker Friday night and it ran straight till Sunday afternoon at 250 with one log a hour....
