Our beautiful town Seward, Alaska! 🏔️☕️🚢

Yesterday, Seward welcomed the Ovation of the Seas for only the second time, the largest cruise ship to dock here! It was also the busiest day EVER in Summit Sips history.

To put it in perspective, we did more sales in 8 hours yesterday than we did on our busiest days last year when we were open nearly 12 hours.

While the arrival of larger cruise ships brings new opportunities for our community, it also comes with challenges. We were saddened to hear about the fin whale that was tragically struck, and we hope continued efforts and innovations can help prevent accidents like this in the future.

Thank you to everyone who made this record-breaking day possible. We’re excited to see what the rest of the season brings!
