SuperUco Calcareo Coluvio de Altamira, 100% Cabernet Franc, Mendoza Argentina

Fermented in clay amphoras, and cemented eggs with native yeasts followed by 12 months in French Oak. Nose of black cherry, blackberry and currants. Fresh fruit compote, peppery and savory acidity on the finish.

We will still be here 7 days a week for ya but hours are reduced slightly. We are really hoping Monday nights work out since Mondays are so hard to find a spot to eat in the winters…
Fondue Fridays will be coming back for the winter probably in November!
