The Shenanigans Trivia Cup (or, "The Carrot Cup"!) kicks off tomorrow--Tuesday, Sep. 1. For our September launch, there will be $250 in prizes tomorrow night. 1st place gets a $100 Shenanigans gift card. 2nd place $50 gift card...3rd place $25 gift card. More prizes including t-shirts for best team name and other random silliness! Tomorrow starts a seven-night series, 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, that spans from tomorrow until December 1. Your team's best six scores count toward the championship. 1st place=10 points, 2nd=7 pts, 3rd=5, and you get 2 points just for showing up and playing! At the end of the series, one team gets the Cup, and a private night upstairs at Shenans, with the venue rental ON US. No registration necessary--just show up and let us know your awesome team name--6 people max on a team. Fred Galanga is your host and Trivia Wizard! Ellis Mayfield is your incredible bartender and server! Doors open at 6 upstairs. Order your dinner and beverages upstairs with Ellis and we'll bring it up to you. The game starts at 7. OK so we'll see all o' y'all UPSTAIRS AT SHENANIGANS--TOMORROW NIGHT!

TRIVIA IS BACK FOR FALL!--and we're raising the stakes.
Our 1st & 3rd Tuesday Trivia NIghts with Fred Galanga have been rolling strong for the past several months Upstairs at Shenanigans, and we continue this fall--with something new and exciting!

This semester, every trivia night counts toward THE SHENANIGANS TRIVIA CUP

The Cup competition begins with our September dates--we're kicking it off September 1 and 15 with over $250 in prizes each night--Shenanigans gift cards, t-shirts, pizza, fried sides, and more, plus a prize for Best Team Name.

But the bigger competition runs all semester. Teams will rack up points at our regular 1st & 3rd Tuesday trivia nights (starting this coming Tuesday), and at the end of the semester, one team wins "The Cup" AND a private night Upstairs at Shenanigans--ON US. That's use of the ENTIRE upstairs venue and deck--stage, bar, and all--for your own private event (over a $1,000 value)--have your birthday party, book a formal, book a DJ, do a big screen movie or game night, whatever!

So get your team together (6 people max), come upstairs at Shenanigans this coming TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, and brush up on your random knowledge! Who's the smartest team in Sewanee? We'll find out at the inaugural SHENANIGANS TRIVIA CUP.
