This is your sign to get the steak. šŸ”„

Our dry-aged cuts meet the wood grill before making their way to your table, cooked to your desired temperature and finished with West Virginia sea salt.

Today, Sevier County lost someone who has been part of the heart of this community for generations.

Dolly touched lives around the world, but Tennessee was always home. No matter how far life took her, she continued to give back and carry the Smoky Mountains with her.

Thank you for everything, Dolly. You made the mountains proud. ā™„ļø

Some celebrations deserve a table full of good food and the people you love most. Birthdays certainly qualify. šŸŽ‚

Happy birthday, Shay. Thank you for letting The Appalachian be a small part of the celebration!

There’s something special about getting two East Tennessee teams around the same table and seeing what happens. šŸ‘€

Our dinner with Sugarlands Distilling Company brought together a multi-course menu, handcrafted Tennessee spirits, and a dining room full of guests ready to experience the pairings our teams created together. šŸ’Ŗ

A good evening deserves a good start.

šŸ”„That’s a cocktail while the fire gets going. Then comes the harder decision: Tomahawk or Porterhouse? Both are wood-grilled, cooked to your desired temperature, and finished with West Virginia sea salt.

And when the Goat Cheese Cheesecake arrives, you’ll be glad you saved room.

Cocktail to cheesecake. That sounds like a pretty good evening to us. šŸ˜‰

There’s something special about dinner in the heart of downtown Sevierville.

This is the community we call home. Where the people, traditions, and flavors of East Tennessee continue to shape what we do.

A good evening is best enjoyed one course at a time.

Start with a cocktail and roasted bone marrow, served with shallot, herbs, green peppercorns, and grilled baguette. Next comes one of our wood-grilled, dry-aged steaks, finished simply with West Virginia sea salt.

And if the evening ends with dessert, we certainly won't argue.
