We may have been closed today BUT we had a very busy day. Got here early to prep for catering … once catering was out the door we reset the space and moved a few things around in the kitchen .

Painted a couple more walls + hung a few more shelves … put our new prep fridge into place

Finally ready to head home

Summer Hours are just two weeks away!!!

Friday June 19th ... AKA fathers day weekend

This new schedule will allow us to be open for dinner for all the big weekends.

Fathers Day ...Fourth of July ...First Friday Art Walk Sequim ... Sequim Lavender Festival ... Sequim Prairie Nights ... and Labor Day weekend

We will share our First Dinner Menu sometime next week ... It'll remain small and we will have rotating specials

Help us make it a success and maybe dinners will stick around longer then the summer

Brisket Hash is hanging out this weekend ‘til sell out

Smoked Brisket + roasted carrots + roasted butternut squash + home fries + garlic + arugula + hatch chili salsa + Parmesan + add two eggs if that’s your thing

We’ve also got a Jalapeño Cheddar Breakfast Sando this weekend

☀️☀️Let's talk a little more about Summer Hours☀️☀️

Tomorrow will be our last Thursday....at least for a while .... BUT WHY?!?!?

Our average Thursday (even in the summer) .... well the juice has rarely been worth the squeeze.

After many conversations with the team we've decided to make some changes

Next week and the week after we will be operating for breakfast and lunch ... friday - sunday ..... BUT WHY?!?!?!?!

We've got a busy catering schedule … testing Dinner Menu items…. And SOO looking forward to heading home for a few days to see family.

It’s not a secret that restaurants are notoriously difficult… slim margins, high operating costs, blah blah blah

We’ve been open long enough to see what it takes to operate the space and what our average daily income looks like
So we are gonna make some changes.
And we hope you’ll be along for the ride
Details to summer hours will be released soon.

Pssssttt we gonna offer dinner on Friday and Saturday night from 5-9 as part of the change … y’all better show up and not make us regret it 😝

Last Sunday we had the pleasure of catering for a repeat guest 💗 It was a breakfast buffet filled with quiche + waffles and all the fixings + biscuit and gravy bar + home made yogurt parfaits + fresh fruit + and an extra special treat with help from Sour Baby Bakery
