I’m really trying to understand after a pandemic most likely created by poor hygiene and inhumane food processing. The SC DHEC COTTAGE LAW EXIST? Why should independent restaurants exist? When they and professional Food people just cook from home? Regardless of inspection? Maybe they have CATS!!! No offense to cats but like Bats….
