As much as we try, we don’t always get it right. This is a tough business and a work of love. Most don’t see it that way. As a small business owner, I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to get this email. So many are quick to write off mistakes and rather than let us correct it, they resort to posting a negative review or just never come back. I’d like to thank this guest for allowing us to make it right. Their email reminds me there are great people out there supporting small businesses! Aloha and Mahalo!

Searching for another unicorn! Aloha is more of a vibe than a skill. We have been very successful training people so personality is way more important to us than skill. We are looking for someone who fits the following….

1. Can find the joy in a job. Even dishwashing
2. Wants to help their co-workers in whatever tasks need to be done
3. Understands a sense of urgency and is willing to jump in and do what needs to get done. Matching energy is important
4. Likes to be busy and will find things to do to make the day go by
5. Enjoys people. We are Aloha. It’s kind of our thing.
6. Can follow directions and a recipe as difficult as a box of brownie mix
7. Takes pride in their work

We are hiring for part or full time. You must be available on a Saturday OR Sunday and evenings. If you sound like our unicorn, please text us at 813-358-8008.

Pay is 17-20 an hour
