To ensure freshness and superior quality, we cook all meals fresh and are very proud of our superior quality. We are NOT fast food. If you are in a hurry, we suggest ordering one of our Louisiana Specialties: Gumbo Ya-Ya, Jambalaya, or Red Beans & Rice. Our great food will be available for delivery through Door Dash in a few weeks. Please allow 30 minutes for food to be prepped and then delivered

. When ordering beignets please allow 10-15 extra minutes because the beignets have to be rolled out, cut and cooked once the Door Dash Worker or you, our great customer, has arrived. We are very proud of our high quality and look forward to offering you a delicious cooked-to-order meal in a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you for your understanding.
