Friday is here and we're in full swing! We're loaded up today with plenty of delicious BBQ, sides, smash burgers and ice cream. We've still got lots of our Brisket Sloppy Joe smash burger and our Brisket Sloppy Joe fries

Have you tried our chicken cheesesteak yet? We take our slow smoked chicken and load it into a grilled bun with tallow fried onions, Alabama white sauce and cooper cheese. It's become a fan favorite here. Come grab one for lunch today! We'll be here 11-7 or until supplies last

Alright yall, if you've been with us since the beginning, you know we do some fun giveaways. Thursday night NFL football is one of them!

In honor of Thursday night football, we're going to have a little fun.

Like this post and comment your guess on the combined score of tonight's NFL game. We'd like the total and the points ( 24-7 score would be 31) the first person to correctly guess the total will take home a double scoop of ice cream redeemable Friday to next Saturday. That's right, you'll get to come in and pick from a list flavors. Tie breaker will be whoever guessed total score and the breakdown.

Thursday is here! It's sunny, cool with a 100% chance of ice cream! Nothing pairs better with bbq than locally made ice cream

For this week, we wanted to go a little crazy. Soppy Joe's are fantastic. Everyone loves them. But what about brisket sloppy joe's? Welp... We went there. We took our freshly ground brisket, added some spices and a few other secret ingredients and created a monster.. A tasty monster

First up, we have the SJ Smash! Two freshly ground smash burgers topped with melty cheese, tallow fried onions, bacon mayo and a heaping portion of our brisket sloppy joe mix on a grilled Martin's potato roll

We're not stopping there. We're also loading up our crispy fries with this mixture and topping it with pickled jalapeño, cooper sharp queso and sour cream. Come and get your BBJoe Fries!

It's Saturday and it's beautiful out! A perfect day for BBQ! We're loaded up here at the Bloomsburg Fair for our very last day. We can't begin to express how awesome of an experience it has been. To everyone who came by, new customers and regulars, we appreciate each and every one of you! You're the reason we're here and why we've sold over a ton of meat this week!
