Today’s Special at Breezy’s by the Bay 🔥

We’re serving up house-made Italian Street Subs today made to order yes we make your subs that fresh— featuring Chicken Parm and Cheesesteaks.

This isn’t your everyday sub. We’re using local butcher meats, cheese flown in from New York, 4-day cold-fermented house-made bread, and house-made sauce with herbs picked daily from our farm.

Also available today: a fresh batch of house-made chili. Get it as a bowl, loaded fries, or a chili dog.

We also have fresh smoked salmon made with fish from local fishermen right off the docks here in Seldovia.

Kayleigh will have smoked salmon spread for your bagels, plus the option of capers. Don’t miss out.

Check out the pictures for the menu and the food we create. No staged photos, no AI, no professional camera — just a phone. As orders go out, we try to snap a few pictures so people can see what we’re really serving.

Tomorrow’s Special at Breezy’s by the Bay:
Italian Street Sub Chicken Parm

This isn’t your everyday chicken parmesan — but hey, this is Breezy’s. Do we ever give anything less? Nope.

We’re talking 4-day cold-fermented house-made dough, bread crumbs made from that same bread, house-shredded cheese, and house-made marinara sauce with fresh-picked basil from pur garden. Real food, real flavor, made with love.

We’ll also have our Italian Street Sub Cheesesteak, made with cheese flown in from New York.

And don’t sleep on the fresh house-made chili — made with real chili pods and steak that’s cut, cooked, and chopped in house. A tourist from New Mexico who does chili competitions told us it was incredible and even asked for the recipe. 😋👌

Of course, our full main menu will be available too — and it’s all fire.
We do it all 7 days a week 8:30 to 7:30. Just the 3 sometimes 4 of us. Coffee, real fruit smoothie, expresso, blended drinks. Much more

We have traveled this country countless times studying food, writing reviews of the best places to eat, documenting our journey, and constantly growing. We’ve cooked with some top chefs, learned from every experience, and put in the work to get where we are now.

And somehow, of all places, that brought us here — to a small town in Alaska.

But this is just the starting point for us. We will be expanding across the Kenai, sharing our creations, our passion, and our love for food with more people.

Big shoutout to Brie today. She works hard and even if shes feeling.down she rides it out.

She’s finally getting some much-needed rest after going 7 days a week, 14 hours a day, between the three businesses we own and run.

We stayed open all winter for the locals, even though we didn’t have to. We put our main business on hold because this community matters to us also to level up our cooking, seldovia was our starting point.

Today we left a little early to work in the garden, because fresh, high-quality food is something we take very seriously. From the herbs to the vegetables to the food, farm to restaurant is very very rare but we do it!! We start our prime rib this week, trust me you do not want to miss out on this. We do it completely different.

The girls are also getting some much-needed sister bonding time, and Brie deserves every minute of it.
