To Our Grilliez Family,
This is one of the hardest posts we’ve ever had to write. With heavy hearts, we want to let you know that Grilliez will not be reopening its doors.
We cannot thank you enough for the love, support, and encouragement you’ve given us. From day one, you believed in us, rooted for us, and made Grilliez what it was. Every laugh, every meal shared, every word of encouragement built this little dream into something so much bigger than we could have imagined.
We thought long and hard about every possible way to keep Grilliez alive. But we knew in our hearts that passing it along or selling the name would never be the same - no one could care for it, and for you, the way we did. Grilliez was never just a business. It was our child, our passion, and it became something beautiful because of YOU.
This decision was not easy. In fact, it’s one of the most painful we’ve ever had to make. We’re incredibly sad to let go, but we know that every moment, every memory, and every bit of success we had - we owe to all of you. Grilliez was special only because you made it that way.🙏🏻
We wish all of you the absolute best, and we would love to still see you! You can find us at our sister business - MOE'S DELI located at 33260 Coastal Hwy, Bethany Beach, DE 19930, where you’ll find delicious food waiting for you.
And this holiday season, we’ll also be back at Schellville, with our booth full of fresh, warm cookies. While you may not find the shawarma we know will be missed, you’ll always find our smiles, our friendly service, and our love for each and every one of you. Please stop by to say hi and continue to support us there - it would mean the world.
