Our guest-favorite Crispy Skin Red Trout is a perfect example. Delicately crisped trout, rich cowboy butter, sautéed spinach, creamy green chili grits, and vibrant corn chow-chow. Every element thoughtfully crafted to make the experience as unforgettable as the view.

Mesa Grill is proud to support one of the most scenic events of the year!

Wings & Wheels ‘26 returns to Sedona Airport on Saturday, October 10th, from 9AM to 4PM. Free admission, free parking, and a full day of aviation, history, and community.

Watch an F-35 flyover at 12:30, catch a paracommando jump demonstration at 1PM, and stay for the warbirds departures from 3 to 4PM, a great photo op against the red rocks. You can even book a warbird ride in a historic T-6 Texan, or a balloon flight with presenting sponsor Red Rock Balloons.

We ask visitors to help support the Sedona Community Food Bank by bringing a non-perishable food item or a suggested $2 donation per person.

Make a day of it and join us at Mesa Grill, right at the airport, for breakfast, lunch, or a drink with a view of the runway ✈️
