It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend, Lou Archetti.

Lou wasn’t just a customer—he was part of our Plank family. If you've spent any time at Plank, chances are you've shared a laugh, a story, or a drink with him. Lou was one of those people who made the bar feel like home, and his presence will be missed more than words can say.

We extend our deepest condolences to Lou’s family and loved ones during this difficult time. Raise a glass and keep Lou in your thoughts and prayers.

Rest easy, Lou. Your seat at Plank will always be remembered.

WOW… what a Cinco de Mayo turnout! 🌮🎉

We just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at Plank Road Inn yesterday. The support, energy, and packed house truly meant so much to our entire staff.

We also sincerely apologize for the longer wait times on food throughout the night. We know things came out slower than expected at times. With such an incredible turnout and a small kitchen working hard behind the scenes, food service took longer than usual at times. And we truly appreciated everyone’s patience and understanding while our kitchen worked as hard as possible to keep up with the rush. 🙏

We’re incredibly grateful for our amazing customers who continue to show up and support us. Nights like this remind us how lucky we are to have such a great community behind us.

Thank you again for celebrating with us, being patient with us, and making Cinco de Mayo such a fun and memorable night! ❤️🍻
