At Mo's Best Eatery we specialize in homemade products daily!!! All meat products are 100% beef and is freshly ground every day with Mo's label special blend that includes 5 cuts of choice beef. To go along with our great burgers Our buns are housemade brioche buns. We also make great brisket bacon to go along with the burgers as well as our housemade pastrami and corned beef. We also make great

bacon from choice grade brisket to go along with the burgers. We also make our great hoagie rolls to go with our chicken parms and meatball parms. I'm from the northeast so we have great pizza as well with our dough taking minimum of 3 days to Ferment to give the ultimate taste. We also use san marzano tomatoes and excellent quality mozzarella cheese. We also make our Italian sausage in house with our great ground beef. All our vegetables are cut in house hourly.
