Ethanâour bar manager and resident vibesâcuratorâhas been keeping the cocktails sharp and the energy high at our Haus for over two years. When heâs not running the bar like a wellâoiled stein machine, heâs working out, hitting the outdoors, going to concerts, making art, playing video games, or hanging with his very good doggo.
His current drink obsession? The Blackberry Beret, created by our bartender Zmoârumâforward, sweet, tart, and just funky enough to keep things interesting.
