At juicebox cafe, we serve breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch in a unique 25 seat space in the capitol hill neighborhood. We are Seattle’s most unique juice bar and cafe specializing in organic cold-pressed bottled juices, blended drinks, wellness shots, Stumptown coffee, and vegetable-focused cuisine. Founded by two professional chefs the focus is simple: seasonal produce, balanced flavors, and

mindful cookery. Stop by in the morning for a Stumptown coffee and a house-made raw bars, or for lunch take a gluten-free sandwich to-go with one of our many flavors of organic cold-pressed bottled juice. You can also buy an impromptu one day cleanse from our cold pressed cooler if you are feeling like you need a refresh.
