11 Years ago I hired Danny to work at the Belltown shop. Since then: multiple shops & growth… then pandemic, closures, rebuilds, pivots — and they’re still here!

Danny started in the pit and is now our Operations Manager. That kind of growth happens with showing up, caring deeply, and choosing to stay when it would be easier not to. I’m so grateful.

Thank you for helping build Biscuit Bitch into what it is today. We all love you, Danny!🖤 Happy Anniversary!
