Some days you lose sight of where it all started and how far you've come. Some conversations make you question yourself. But the vision has always been the same. And our commitment is probably more now than the first day.
So here's a gentle reminder of our first day. So many people still come to the restaurants today that first discovered us at South Lake Union Farmers Market in April 2018. Aakanksha & I had no experience cooking commercially before that day but we cooked and served each and every one of you for years. We developed processes that work for our vision and iterated our recipes over the years to fine tune to get as close to what we remember from home, India.
Almost 9 years later, 3 restaurants, 1 van and 1 cafe later...
We are still standing thanks to you all 🙏🏽
