❤️ A December of Compassion at ChuMinh Tofu: Supporting Families in Vietnam Affected by Severe Flooding ❤️

This December, our hearts are with the people of Vietnam.

Severe flooding has swept through many regions, leaving families displaced, homes destroyed, and countless lives changed overnight. As we experience this season of giving, we believe that compassion is most powerful when it becomes action.

Throughout the entire month of December, ChuMinh Tofu will donate 10% of all daily sales — including catering — to support flood relief efforts in Vietnam.

Every bowl, every sandwich, every tray you order becomes a small light sent across the ocean. A light of kindness. A light of hope. A light that reminds families facing hardship that they are not forgotten.

Your meal this month does more than nourish — it comforts, it uplifts, it reaches those who are suffering.

📢 Heads up! 📢

ChuMinh Tofu will be closed all day on Saturday, December 13th, to allow our team to attend a special spiritual event.

We will reopen as usual on Sunday, but you can still get your ChuMinh fix at our Othello location .cafe in the meantime!

We will be closed on thanksgiving as our staff takes time off to spend with their family and get a much needed break! BUT! We will be participating in Small Business Saturday Food Walk!! AND! Check out the for info on how you can get some free goodies from us and the other amazing small businesses in our area.

❄️ Eggrolls Mutual Aid is in need of donations for our winter supplies drive!

📍Please drop off gently used and new items at the ICHS courtyard 720 8th Ave S in the CID.

⏰We accept donations every Sunday morning between 10.30am-12.30pm.

🧣🧤⛺We appreciate warm clothes (especially larger masculine clothing), tents, bags, sleeping bags, rain gear, tarps and shoes (especially men's sizes 9-12). Please bring whatever you think may be helpful even if it's not listed!

✊ We are always accepting volunteers, feel free to join us in helping distribute these items on a Sunday morning 🤝

Someone had a little too much fun preparing the menus! These deals are so good they don’t even make sense! With all the 💵 you’re saving on these meal sets, consider giving to Give A Meal program so that we can continue giving free hot meals every week 💜


You might notice a few discrepancies between the menu posted on the Seattle Restaurant Week website and here. Please know that this menu is the correct one, sorry for any confusion!

This Sunday, October 19 we will be closed due to a planned power outage! Our location on MLK in Othello will still be open that day and we’d love to have you visit us there!

Even though we’ll be closed, the Eggrolls mutual aid group will still be giving out free food as they do every week at ICHS (across from the CID library) on Sunday from 11 am - 12:30.
