Back in 2017, Chef Anthony Bourdain visited Revel in Fremont for Explore Parts Unknown to explore how Seattle’s rapid tech expansion and growth were transforming the city’s food scene with folks GeekWire .

At revel, we are featuring TONY menu in remembrance of Chef Anthony Bourdain and celebrating the release of Tony for the month of August.

Hard to believe it’s been nearly a decade since Chef Anthony Bourdain walked through our doors!

Back in 2017, he visited Revel in Fremont for Parts Unknown to explore how Seattle’s rapid tech expansion and growth were transforming the city’s food scene.

During his visit, Chef Rachel Yang cooked up a spread of Revel classics for Chef Bourdain and his guests GeekWire including Revel’s signature kimchi pancakes, dumplings, and short rib rice bowl.

Ahead of the upcoming premiere of the new feature biopic TONY Tony , Chef Rachel Yang will be participating as a host chef for the TONY Industry Night w OpenTable in Seattle on Monday, August 3rd.

For Chef Anthony Bourdain, passion for food was a raw, visceral pursuit of authenticity and connection—where an unpretentious meal served with honesty mattered far more than culinary pretense.

He is forever at our table. ✨

When Seattle gives us cold and dark winter days, we cook Korean hot pots!

Revel is excited to bring back our winter Korean hot pot series. Plenty for one and enough to share, join us for next few weekends for winter’s ultimate comfort food!

1/08-09: 해물탕
Scallop mandoo hot pot with shrimp, rainbow Swiss chard (sorry if you have missed it😅)
1/16-17: 두부소고기전골
Tofu and beef hot pot with shiitake mushroom, glass noodles 📷
