The 5 Point Cafe Alcoholics serving Alcoholics since 1929. Now with Pull Tabs & Outdoor Seating! We are now open 24 hours every day for dine-in.

Please check out our website for delivery options, or call for take out. We strive to be one of the safest places to eat and drink in the region. We have outdoor seating and inside staff are masked. We use HEPA filter in our HVAC, and use Upper Room Germicidal UVC Lights to clean our indoor air. We're doing all of this to protect staff and customers. Please respect the rules, we're all in this together!

Thereā€™s quite a bit of history you may not know behind this local watering hole.

C. Preston Smith and his wife Frances opened the doors after leaving their jobs at Manningā€™s Cafe, building The 5 Point around a pretty simple idea: big portions, good prices and no BS. When Prohibition ended in 1933, The 5 Point became one of Seattleā€™s first legal bars... and obviously business took off from there.

Over the decades, itā€™s survived the Depression, World War II, Seattleā€™s grunge era, all the things in between, and all the things since! Today, weā€™re still doing what we've always done: serving hearty food, stiff drinks, and a healthy dose of Seattle culture 24 hours a day.

You probably don't know this, but we studied, experimented, workshopped and taste-tested our cinnamon rolls for months in search of the perfect result.

Finally we created the greatest cinnamon roll ever - ooey gooey, rich, with the perfect sugar-to-cinnamon ratio and big enough to share with the whole table (if you're feeling generous).
