Neptune, our cat boss, is loving our new products! AND the fact that we'll have them all available at the event happening tomorrow night and all day Saturday!

Our chocolate bars begin coming into existence way before we take our first step in the process of roasting the cacao beans. It all starts at the farm where the Theobroma cacao trees are grown. Hacienda Palo Santo is an organic cacao farm in Ecuador that we love so much we make all of our chocolate using their single origin beans. 💕

We sent some bars to them as a gift and they returned the favor by taking some pics for us! 💕🍫

We hope to some day make our way to visiting their farm in person! For now we are thrilled that our handmade chocolate bars have made the trek over ... building a bridge between our small island in the Pacific Northwest to this beautiful farm in Ecuador! 🇪🇨🍫💕🇺🇸

Cacao is the fruit of the Theobroma cacao tree and becomes the magical treat we know as chocolate.
The Greek word Theobroma literally translates to “food of the gods.”

Da Hong Pao is one of the rarest and most famous oolong teas in the world and comes from the famous Wuyi Mountains. It is one of five 'Rock Teas,' grown in stony farmland.

We're in Vietnam taking a coffee workshop! Why? Because Inspired Earth is devouring java knowledge as we leap and pirouette into our mad scientist laboratory to select, roast and taste test a plethora of coffee beans! Our dream plan is to have our very own Inspired Earth Signature Blend ready for you later this year. 🤞☕ 💕😁

Did you know that Vietnam is the #2 exporter of coffee in the world?! And...the first pic is us learning how to make Egg Coffee! Which uses whipped egg yolks in place of cream or milk. It's deliriously DELICIOUS. 😍🤤

We're excited to announce that our second seasonal tea blend is now available for a limited time (or until we run out)!

Winter Warmer is an herbal blend created with herbs, root and bark that are traditionally used to keep our immune system strong and to help clear up and soothe if we do find ourselves not feeling well. The star of this tea blend is San Juan Island wild harvested Douglas Fir! It also has Elderberry, Marshmallow Root, Cherry Bark, Ginger, Linden Flowers, Rose Hips and more! 💕

This is an excellent tea blend to keep on hand throughout winter (or all year)!
