BBQ + Tex-Mex mashup — that’s iconically Jackalope. 🤠🔥

We bring a little smoky goodness over from our sister restaurant, Jack’s BBQ in S**o, and give it the full Tex-Mex treatment.

14-hour, low-and-slow Double R Ranch brisket becomes some seriously beautiful tacos and enchiladas. Smoked pulled pork gets turned into our carnitas, and smoked prime rib becomes our birria-marinated ribeye.

A little smoke, a little spice, and a whole lot of flavor.
