Soul Fusion Food Turns 4! Join us at our Anniversary Pop-Up

Four years of Flavor, Family, and Community have flown by, and we want to celebrate this milestone with the people who made it possible—YOU!

Soul Fusion Food is officially turning 4 on October 1st, and we are throwing our biggest Pop-Up yet to kick off the celebration. Come out, grab a plate, and hang out with us for an unforgettable afternoon.

Here is the next 3 public events for Soul Fusion Food:

This Saturday, August 29th from 11 AM - 6 PM we’ll be parked in the Central District on the corner of 20th and Yesler. The event is called Seattle Black Nerds Festival.

Saturday September 5th from 12:00 - 6 PM, we’ll be at South Center Lowe’s in Tukwila celebrating our 4th year in business anniversary! We’ll be featuring our full menu including Oxtail, Philly Cheesesteak Rolls, and Vons Peach Cobbler. Along side us will be Philly Water Ice.

Friday September 11th, we’ll pop up at The Maribleau Southcenter Apartments located at 411 Baker Boulevard in Tukwila. Full menu including Oxtail and Vons Peach Cobbler.

Hello Soul Fusion Food Supporters:

We are still buzzing from our incredible launch on Thursday, August 6th! A massive thank you to everyone who came out to the Highland Park Corner Store to try our brand-new Philly Cheesesteak Rock n Soul Rolls. They were a huge success!

For those who haven't heard yet, these delicious, crispy eggrolls are a special creation from Philadelphia native and our very own teammate, Chef Maleka Burgess. If you haven't grabbed one yet, dipped in Fusion Sauce, OMG you’re in for a treat!

We are thrilled to announce our next public event. Come find us at Lowe’s in South Center, Tukwila, on Saturday, September 5th, from 12:00 Noon to 6:00 PM.

This Thursday August 6th, Join Soul Fusion Food at the ever so popular Highland Park Corner Store, 7789 Highland Park Way SW. 98106. We’ll be there from 4 - 8 PM. We’ll be launching our new Philly Cheesesteak Rock n Soul Roll (a crispy, golden brown egg roll stuffed with Fusionized savory shaved steak, melted cheese, tender peppers and onions).

This Saturday August 8th, we’ll be at the Nia Festival in Skyway! A celebration of black culture, creativity, and community. Featuring music, art, food, and local vendors — rooted in culture, powered by people, and focused on the future. 1 - 7 PM
