Crowd favorite soft-boiled Jammy Eggs🍳— or “JEggs” as we like to call them — now available by the jar! Six 6️⃣ whole eggs .sit marinating in a sweet-salty brine, but what makes these *especially* exciting is where the eggs come from!
Fresh farm eggs are increasingly hard to come by, and even harder are finding eggs laid from pasture-raised hens 🐓🪴, so when we got word from our friends at Hull Family Farms that this year’s production was enough to use at the resto’s, you bet we jumped on it! 🧑🩰
With yolks that have a beautiful golden hue and a nutrient profile 2x-3x higher than conventional, you KNOW you’re getting the good stuff.
Limited runs! Get ‘em before the colder weather slows down supply 🙃
Alliums and peppers gives it an extra kick 🌶️
The gang’s all here 🐓
On feed duty when coyotes and bobcats are roamin’ 😟
This was the first year moving them into the green house, naturally fertilizing the soil (no pesticides used here!)
Our house made labels 😗 this one was fun to design!
Farmer Justin doin’ the “rounds”
Just look at ‘em!!!
:)
The hens don’t play during feeding!
Cochins are our favorite, though they’re generally low egg producers…but so what when they’re this cute! They’re also quite sassy 👀☺️
That rustic life (real hard work tho!)
