But even better… it’s a Simply Southern Friday! And tonight’s special is a little different. This one has a whole lot of heart, home and Southern roots behind it. ❤️

This week, we lost a true Southern treasure, Dolly Parton. Dolly never forgot where she came from. She carried her Tennessee mountain roots, her faith, her family, her kindness, her humor and that unmistakable Southern spirit everywhere she went.

She could make you laugh, make you cry with a song, and remind you that being kind never goes out of style. She showed the world that you could dream BIG while still staying true to the people, places and traditions that made you who you are. 💛

So tonight, we’re paying tribute the way we know best… around the supper table with some good ol’ Southern comfort food! ❤️

Dolly gave us a whole lot through the years—beautiful music, plenty of sparkle, lots of laughter, incredible generosity and a reminder to always be proud of where you came from.

So tonight, we’ll turn up a little Dolly, cook some Southern food, welcome y’all to our window with a smile, and celebrate a life that brought so much joy to so many. 💛🌻

They’ve never steered me wrong, so when they come up with a brilliant idea for dessert… of course I’m ALL IN!

And after Head Chef Jeff took the very first bite, he was about 110% on board too!His only hold back was sharing 🤣🤣🤣

Now y’all know I will stand behind our homemade Banana Pudding ALL DAY LONG. I truly think it’s some of the absolute BEST around.

But Daddy had an idea…

And we’re BACK tonight for some Friday night fun & GOOD EATIN’! 🙌❤️

Now y’all… it is HOT. And I don’t mean “grab a fan” hot. I mean Arkansas done lost its mind HOT! 🥵😂

When it’s pushing 105° outside, that little food truck kitchen gets around 110°+ inside! 🔥 So for the safety of our crew, we’re keeping things simple and sticking with our regular menu instead of adding our bigger, out-of-the-norm specials right now.

BUT just you wait… 👀 As soon as Mother Nature turns that oven down a few degrees, we’ve got some good ol’ Southern Specials we cannot WAIT to bring back! 🤤

Until then, it’s FRIDAY and a few of our regular menu favorites deserve their moment in the spotlight!

We have had the BEST time with y’all at the food truck this weekend, and we’re wrapping up our Back-to-School Weekend with a Sunday night special that deserves stretchy pants! 😂❤️

Because who decided waffles, biscuits & gravy, bacon and eggs were only allowed before noon anyway?! Not us! 😏
