Congratulations to the 2026 graduates of David’s Burgers University! 🍔🎓🎉
Over the past six weeks, these leaders invested in developing the skills that make a lasting impact, strengthening their leadership, building meaningful relationships, and learning to navigate conflict with wisdom and humility.
More importantly, they grew in what it means to lead with a servant’s heart while living out our mission to build a culture like family, where each person is valued. Through encouragement, service, and leadership, they’re helping carry the David’s Burgers culture forward, one team member and one guest at a time.
