🔥🎉 Fire up the birthday wishes for the one and only Smoke Boss — Dan Polhamus! 🥳🍖

Today we’re celebrating the guy who knows his way around a smoker, a grill, and—perhaps most importantly—a good glass of tequila. 🥃😏

From brisket and ribs to steaks and everything in between, Dan keeps the smoke rolling, the flavors bold, and the Food & Fire kitchen bringing the heat. 🔥

Here’s to another year of great BBQ, great times, and plenty of reasons to raise a glass!

If you see Dan today, wish the Smoke Boss a Happy Birthday—and if there happens to be a tequila shot involved, we’re pretty sure he won’t complain. 😂🥃

Happy Birthday, Dan! Keep the fire burning! 🔥🎂
