September’s Classic French Friday feature is Côte de Porc & Crème aux Champignons — a dry morel-crusted Duroc pork chop with roasted mushrooms and a rich mushroom cream sauce.

Deep, earthy, decadent flavors… even if it’s still 100° outside. 😉

Available every Friday throughout September, while supplies last. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

There’s a reason some things at Zinc take a little time… 🇫🇷

Our French onion soup takes days to make. Our table bread is made in-house. The au poivre is made from scratch. And yes, the soufflé really does take 28 minutes to bake… because it’s made with love. 😉

We work with local purveyors and import ingredients from around the world, depending on what we’re looking for and where we can find the best of it. Our cheeses rotate, our oysters change, and what’s on the menu follows what’s good right now.

It takes a little more time to do things this way, but after 25 years, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

This month’s feature is Escargots de Bourgogne—one of the most iconic specialties of Burgundy, France.
