September’s Classic French Friday feature is Côte de Porc & Crème aux Champignons… morel-crusted Duroc pork chop with roasted mushrooms and a rich mushroom cream sauce.

Deep, earthy, decadent flavors… even if it’s still 98° outside. 😉
