Gelato Cimmino Authentic Italian Gelato brought directly to Scottsdale for a healthy, delicious and fun experience. Our goal is to bring authentic Italian gelato to Arizona.

Gelato Cimmino is located in Old Town Scottsdale and was opened in 2018. At Gelato Cimmino our gelato is freshly made in Italy and then flash frozen and imported into America on climate controlled containers to preserve peak freshness. Our gelatos authenticity doesn't stop there, we source our ingredients from three different provinces in Italy. Do we offer gluten free and dairy free options as well as less sugar than your typical American gelato. Hope to see you soon!

We’re hiring enthusiastic, outgoing Team Members, who go above & beyond to provide exceptional customer service for both locations; in the Heritage District, downtown Gilbert & in the Arts District, Old Town Scottsdale.
Hours needed vary at each location, Barista experience is a plus! ☕️

A slow stroll through , wandering the Arts District, sunshine on her face, and a signature Cimmino Rock piled high on one of our homemade waffle cones. 🤍

Or maybe it’s brunch in followed by an afternoon on our expansive patio with an ✨affogato✨ our fresh-made real Italian gelato topped with rich espresso from our amazing neighbors at ☕️

Iced coffee meets real Italian gelato ☕🍨

At Gelato Cimmino, coffee isn’t an afterthought — from classic Italian espresso drinks to iced macchiatos and affogato, everything is made to pair perfectly with their gelato. 

And in Gilbert, it gets even better — they’ve partnered with Villa Meola Coffee, a specialty coffee shop serving a traditional Italian-style espresso menu alongside the gelato.

Throwback to our opening day in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona 🇮🇹🍨
A day filled with energy, great people, and our very first scoops of authentic Italian gelato served to the Scottsdale community.

From the start, our goal has been simple — bring real Italian gelato to Arizona, made using traditional techniques and crafted with premium ingredients sourced from Italy’s most iconic regions. Seeing the response from locals, visitors, and the wider Phoenix and Scottsdale food scene on day one made it all worth it.

We’re so grateful to everyone who came out, supported us, and continues to visit us in Scottsdale and Gilbert. What started as an opening event has grown into one of the most talked-about dessert spots in the Valley.
