There’s something beautiful about making a meal from scratch, setting a lovely table, and gathering with your favorite people.

This month, our Cookbook Club celebrated Julia Child by cooking our way through her iconic recipes.

I made her classic Beef Bourguignon—rich, comforting, and worth every minute in the kitchen. 🍷

There is something therapeutic about the real sounds of making good food, conversations with great friends. Especially those lingering moments after dinner, when the plates are cleared, the glasses are nearly empty, and no one is quite ready to leave.

Nothing makes me happier than women supporting women. I couldn’t be more proud of my friend Michelle Noma | Scottsdale Realtor | Phoenix Realtor🗝️ and being a small part of her SHE.EO Collective Community event.

What makes Michelle so special is that she doesn’t just talk about empowering women. She creates spaces for women entrepreneurs to connect, learn, collaborate, and lift each other up.

I’m so proud of you, Michelle, and honored to be part of what you’re building. Here’s to women supporting women, celebrating each other, and making room for everyone to shine. ✨💖

Trust the process.

Sometimes the process looks messy, uneven and nothing at all like you pictured…

Just because you can’t see the finished product yet, it doesn’t mean it isn’t coming together.

Life is a lot like decorating a cake. There are layers you have to build, mistakes you have to smooth out, and moments when you have to step back and trust what you’re doing.

Keep going. Keep smoothing the edges. Keep adding the good stuff.

One day, you’ll look back and realize that every imperfect step was part of creating something beautiful for everyone to enjoy!

Maybe the secret to a happier life is simply this:

Get so focused on making your own dough that you stop worrying about everyone else’s.

Their recipe isn’t yours.
Their timing isn’t yours.
Their journey isn’t yours.

Make your dough.
Let them make theirs.

And trust that there’s enough room at the table for everyone. 💖
