Nortico Alvarinho (2025)

Crisp White W**e from Minho, Northern Portugal 100% Alvarinho (Albariño)

Profile: A refreshing, light- to medium-bodied white featuring bright acidity and clean flavors of lime, peach, green apple, and subtle floral or saline mineral notes. It pairs well with seafood, shellfish, salad, or light pasta.

Chanoine de Balestard Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (2023)
Structured Red W**e from Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, France. Merlot-dominant blend (typically with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc).

Profile: A rich, elegant red from Vignobles Capdemourlin with notes of ripe dark red fruits (cherries, plum, cassis), delicate spice, and hints of cocoa or espresso with smooth tannins. It pairs well with roasted meats, steak, lamb, and aged cheeses.
