Happy heavenly birthday, Papa. 🤍

To the world, he was a culinary legend, but to me, he was simply Papa.

He taught me the importance of family, above all.

He also showed me the magic of a good meal and how it has a way of bringing people together.

That magic lives on within me every single day, in every dish I create, every guest I welcome, and every memory made around the table.

So much of who I am is because of him.
