Hello folks! Unrelated to yesterday's close call of a burning van almost causing major damage to the building, we are looking for bids to do some work on the back porch. We'd like to have the outer panels and trim replaced due to rot with new windows installed. Measures 10ft on both sides and 20ft on the entrance. Also would like some missing fascia replaced. It has certainly been an eventful morning! On the list of things that could happen, a high speed chase ending with a vehicle fire off our back porch was not anywhere close! For all who reached out with concerns for us, we are all okay and open for business! Thank you to all the first responders for taking care of the situation so quickly and professionally!!
I also want to Praise the Lord for protecting my family and Pikeville from any harm and damage that could have been!

Today is a special day! Kristen, my beautiful wife, mother of my children and the heartbeat and backbone of Pikeville turns 40! And she's just as beautiful as the day we meet, 20 years ago on Valentines Day... Let's all wish her a Happy Birthday!

Hello folks! We have a unique special this week (April 15th-April 18th). I started making from scratch sausage over a decade ago. With the arrival of the bigger smoker, I figured I would make some sausage at Pikeville... So, this week's special is smoked Kielbasa subs on an 8" Amoroso's sub roll with grilled peppers & onions (add provolone cheese upon request) or sliced Kielbasa with crackers, fries and coleslaw. The sausage is made of fresh ground pork butt, simple ingredients, no nitrates or nitrites, smoked to over 160 degrees with applewood. Done natural, the old school way!

This Good Friday, remember: the darkest moment became the greatest victory.
