These beautiful Red Snappers will average around 2.5 lbs, crispy on the outside, incredibly tender and flaky on the inside. Flash-fried whole topped with our house made chimichurri, comes with a roasted lemon, garlic red potatoes, sweet plantains, shredded cabbage, avocado slices and cauliflower rice. Come hungry!

This is Chef D and tomorrow he turns 35.

He likes long walks on the beach with his family, his favorite color is purple, likes Crown Royal, loves cooking for the amazing customers at Snookies, loves his work family and most importantly loves his at home family.
Tomorrow is his birthday, so if you’re looking for something to do, come down to Snookies for brunch and say Happy Birthday to Chef D.
