So we have been working on this dish for a couple months now. Gone through a lot of variations. And I think we have landed on one that works. Just looking for some feedback to see if this is something folks would order or try here at Marjos.

Blackened sausage gravy, cheesy grit cakes that have been fried to crispy perfection. Folded egg, home made hollandaise and blackened shrimp.
