Sometimes being a business owner means closing up the shop and jumping into deep cleaning work. ✨

The things no one will ever see, the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business running. Being a restaurant business owner means learning electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pest control, accounting, taxes, refrigeration and allll the other trades! 😅

I’m lucky because I get to do this with the best business partner you could ever ask for- my mom, my hero, my close friend!
