Ciao Bella Ciao Bella (meaning “hello, beautiful”) offers true authentic Italian cuisine made with love and passion in a warm, refined atmosphere.

It all started with Giuseppe “Joe” Scalzo growing up in Southern Italy with his mother’s cooking. He later toured all over Italy, working and learning in restaurants and towns throughout the country, and brought his years of culture and cuisine with him to the U.S. That’s how he came to open Ciao Bella, a restaurant that combines the intimacy of the Italian trattoria with upscale dining.
