After 10 incredible years, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Burgerhaus in Schererville. This place has been a huge part of our lives, and we’re truly grateful for everyone who supported us—whether you stopped in for a burger, worked alongside us, or helped create the memories that made this location special.
This wasn’t an easy decision. We’re proud of what our team built here and the community that grew around it. The laughs, the regulars, the late nights—those moments will always mean something to us.

If you’re craving a Burgerhaus burger down the road, our Valparaiso location is still firing up the grill at 3304 Calumet Ave, and we’ll honor any Burgerhaus gift cards there and at our other Valpo restaurants. (Burgerhaus Valpo, Birdie's Diner, Nextdoor @ Birdie's, Brick Street Burrito, Lenny's Coal Fired Pizza, Le Peep)

🔥Patio season isn't over yet and The Puerto Vallarta is still bring the heat this month at Burgerhaus.

USDA Prime beef topped with smoky chorizo, melty chipotle Monterrey Jack, mango-pineapple salsa, crunchy tortilla strips, and chipotle mayo — all stacked on a toasted brioche bun. Oh, and it comes with a side of creamy, cheesy Elote. 🌽
