Local restaurants and taverns beware! We have another scammer. Necia C. Franolich ordered food to go from us then disputed the pre paid credit card charges saying she did not get what she ordered. She literally sent the credit card company pictures of the food that clearly showed and proved the order was correct 🤦🏻‍♀️. She signed the receipt and even left a tip when she herself picked up the order. She stated in the dispute that she called us back to let us know and that is false as well.
She ate very well that night on us. 2 orders of bacon wrapped scallops and a large house salad topped with our 12 oz strip steak all for free with an additional $35 dispute charge to us on top of the loss of the money for the order.
Just google her name (make sure to add the middle initial C) and that will tell you all you need to know about this person.
Us small businesses are tired and fed up with having to take loss after loss from these scammers and it’s time we fight back and blast them on social media so everyone can be aware.
*** Unfortunately because of this incident we will no longer be accepting pre paid credit cards. We are sorry to our honest customers for the inconvenience this person has caused.
