When we say “classic southern breakfast/brunch”…this is what we mean.
This is our straight forward Brisket, Eggs, & Gouda Grits plate featuring our house braised angus brisket alongside our fan favorite creamy stone ground Gouda grits, caramelized onions, sunny side up hen’s eggs, and Trombone Bakery sourdough toast, all with a side of savory jus for good measure.
🤌🏼 Pro-tip : for a morning boost, pair this with a cup of fresh brewed coffee, sourced from our local partners at Tusk Coffee. For a smoother easy-like-Sunday-morning start, pair with one of Jess’s incredible brunch cocktails or even some bubbly. Either way, it’s a great start to a greater day.
